Welcome to the Peace Fleece on-line catalog. Just a few comments before we get started.

Web Ordering :
Please feel free to call us with questions about on line ordering at 1-800-482-2841. We have just installed a new shopping cart which will hopefully make your ordering problem free and absolutely secure. Please use the green back arrow in the upper left hand corner of your screen if you want to leave our shopping cart and return to our Web page for further shopping.

Payment Options :
Our encripted Visa/Master card system is safe and secure. Our normal turn around time is one to three business days. However we receive hundreds of e-mails a day and must manually delete a large percentage of these. Occasionally we accidentally delete an order. If you do not receive an order within two to three weeks of placing it, please feel free to e-mail or call us at 1-800-482-2841.

If you would prefer to pay with a check, print off your shopping card page and mail with payment. Do not e-mail us the order.

When redeeming a gift certificate, please note in the "comments section" of the shopping cart the amount of the gift certificate, the name of the person who gave you the certificate and the number written on the back of the certificate.

Shipping notes:
For those of you ordering only patterns or buttons, shipping and handling is $2.50. Please disregard the shipping cost that appeared on your e-mail receipt. We will correct your invoice here prior to shipping. Patterns are available for all kits. They are $4.00 a piece except for the Lighthouse Sock and the Holiday Forest Sock which are $5.00.

If you are ordering our Yarn or Batting Sample Card, these are $5.00 ea.which includes S&H.

International Shipping
For customers from Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Mexico and overseas, we use the postal service unless you specifically request another carrier. For Canadian customers, we normally air mail your order to you and this cost runs between $15-$21.00 (1-5 lbs.) For Europe the shipping costs run somewhere between $20-$40.00 (1-5 lbs.). Please disregard any shipping costs that appears on your shopping card total. We will replace this with the postal air freight cost and include this amount with your order.
